Jarheads Killer Pleads Not Guilty

Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, the Ukrainian immigrant charged with seven counts of negligent homicide after running into a pack of Jarheads Motorcycle Club members last Friday evening, filed a written plea of not guilty in Lancaster, New Hampshire this morning.

He waived extradition to New Hampshire in a court in West Springfield, Massachusetts yesterday. He is scheduled to be arraigned by video this afternoon in Coos County Superior Court. He is unlikely to make bail. In a memo, New Hampshire Superior Court Judge Peter H. Bornstein said Zhukovskyy’s “criminal and driving history exhibit a pattern of operating a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner. If released, he will likely present a danger to the safety of defendant or the public.”

Drove Erratically

Jarheads club officer Manny Ribeiro told USA Today that 21 riders and passengers on 15 motorcycles had just finished dinner at the Inn at Bowman in Randolph, New Hampshire and were on their way to a charity event at an American Legion post in Gorham when Zhukovskyy drove into them. The dead are Jo-Ann and Edward Corr; Michael Ferazzi; Albert Mazza; Daniel Pereira; Desma Oakes; and Aaron Perry.

Police allege Zhukovskyy drove his “2016 Dodge 2500 pickup truck and attached trailer . . . erratically and across the double-yellow center line” when he collided with the pack. He was driving the truck and trailer for a company named Westfield Transport in Springfield, Massachusetts. It was his third day on the job.

Previous Offenses

Zhukovskyy has a significant history of traffic and drug offenses. He had multiple traffic violations in 2013. He was cited for driving without a license when he was 16 and was charged with drunk driving later that year. He was convicted of stealing ladders and windows from a Home Depot store in 2015 and sentenced to 90 days probation. In January 2017, he pled guilty to possession of heroin and cocaine and was fined $200.

Six weeks ago, at about 9:30 a.m. on May 11, Zhukovskyy was observed to be “revving his truck engine and jumping around outside the vehicle.” He flunked a field sobriety test. According to the police incident report, he made “suicidal comments” and exhibited “extreme behavior.” He was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and released on $2500 bond. He has pled not guilty to that charge and was still on bail last Friday.

Ribeiro told USA Today that after the crash, as his truck burned, Zhukovskyy was “screaming and running around” in the middle of the road before he was detained by police. He was later released and allowed to return home before his arrest yesterday.

The stupid, bureaucratic Mass.Registry of Motor Vehicles fucked-up again. Erin Deveney’s resignation does not absolve her personal failure to act when homicide suspect’s driving record info. is KNOWN and, NOT acted upon.

Every Mass. gov. agency is shit. And, were the New Hampshire pig cops lily-white?

Here’s what I rememer a witness saying who was on the front of the group on the right side as the POS cut across the center line. He said the guy jerked the truck across the center line taking out his brother next to him. He said the truck wasn’t the big factor in killing people but the POS got the trailer to swing out and go across the road. He said, it was the trailer that took people down. I don’t have the guy’s words exactly as he said them but I do have pretty much what he said. It seems the POS knew how to get the trailer to swing out and make an, “L” shape with the truck and trailer. I took it like the guy did it with intent. Not much of anyplace to go when a big heavy long, flatbed trailer is going sideways across the highway. Fucking bitch needs to pay for his nightmare he’s inflicted on a lot of good people.

The families of the victims might get compensation from Westfield Transport’s insurance company. The company was negligent to hire that nut as a driver. He makes me think of the psychopath Andreas Lubitz, the German copilot of Germanwings Flight 9525, who locked everyone out of the cabin, took control, and crashed the plane into a mountain, killing 150 people. It’s sad what these idiots are capable of doing.

When you combine the fact that at the time of the incident, Zhukovskyy was out on bail after being charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol with the following: “Ribeiro told USA Today that after the crash, as his truck burned, Zhukovskyy was “screaming and running around” in the middle of the road before he was detained by police. He was later released and allowed to return home before his arrest yesterday.” It is amazing that this jackass was released without being tested for driving while being impaired.

How in the fuck has this shit-stain *NOT* been getting blood tested every time he gets popped?

Last time I got thrown in a pig car, I still *smelled* like beer, as I’d not taken a shower yet and had just woken up to walk across my 500 yard long front hay pasture to go get my truck that I’d left across the street. I’d slept about 6 hours (this was before I became disabled, so I was able to actually get more than 5 hours of sleep).

The pigs showed up, threw me in the cop car (after much hullabaloo on the part of the neighbor across the street and me saying nothing for the five minutes the guy screamed and ranted and raved until he was done and I called him a liar).

Middle of summer, winows rolled down but still hotter than fuck in the back seat. Finally after about a half hour the pig gets in and starts driving us away from the ‘scene’.

I ask him what the fuck is going on and he says he’s taking me in for public drunk. I tell him no fucking way and to take me straight to the fucking hospital right that minute and get blood taken.

He pulls over in a small lot and gets out of the car and calls someone. Ten minutes later another cop car comes along, they talk for a few minutes, the other car leaves and he gets back in. Tells me he doesn’t have to get a blood test. I said how the fuck do we win against you assholes if we’re told we get automatically busted and thrown in jail with a DUI if we refuse a sobriety test, and get thrown in jail and a public driunk with *no* test. He didn’t know what to say, drove me to the county lockup and I was there for three fucking days and got the PD and fined.

So, how the fuck is this little russian shit sandwich with legs still walking free?!
