Virginia Shooting Update

The official reaction to a violent encounter between two men widely reported to be Pagans and seven men reported to be Hells Angels in Greenville, Virginia early Monday morning probably has as much to do with local politics as club politics.

Seven Hells Angels were staying in three rooms at a Hometown Inn. Two Pagans arrived. An altercation ensued. One Pagan was shot. The other was beaten. Local police arrested all seven Hells Angels and seized a total of eight motorcycles.

Names

Donald Smith, the Augusta County Sheriff, released the names of the arrested yesterday. They are all from the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Nathaniel A. Villaman of East Brunswick, New Jersey; Joseph Anthony Paturzo of the Bronx; Dominick J. Eadicicco of Staten Island; Richard E. West of Baldwin, New York; and Anthony Vincent Milan of East Elmhurst, New York are all charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Smith admitted yesterday that police do not know who fired the shot or shots that wounded the as yet unnamed Pagan gunshot victim.

Andy Thongthawath of Queens and Buster Domingo of South Ozone Park, New York are charged with possession of a schedule I or II drug and possession of a firearm while in possession of a schedule I or II drug.

Politics Of Distraction

The incident happened just in time to distract local residents from a brewing political scandal. Last Friday, the chief deputy for the Augusta County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, a man named Joseph W. Lee III, resigned following misconduct allegations by the Virginia State Bar. Lee has worked for the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office since 2016. Lee described the accusation as “incorrect and untrue” but he quit anyway.

His boss, Timothy Martin, told the Staunton, Virginia News Leader that he appreciated Lee resigning “for the benefit of the office as a whole.”

A local source The Aging Rebel considers credible and informed said, “My guess is (Martin) will try to bury these guys. He’s had somewhat of a bad week what with folks questioning his judgment for hiring as his chief deputy CA a fellow who’s had a somewhat complicated relationship with the truth.”

“So he may come out blazing just to assure folks that his manhood still swings low. He’ll turn this into Twin Peaks when it’s just kind of what happens when those two clubs bump into each other at the ice machine at the same motel.”

    So many bullshitters and trolls here. I don’t believe half of the post below. One of you is calling the pagans by “15’s”. Hey retard it’s “16’s”. Count how many letters it takes to get to P!! And there’s another post using a “name” which implies being a member of a certain club yet I really doubt a true member of this club would be talking club business on a forum.

  2. Not Surprised Says:

    Thongthawath is a Thai name. There is a charter in Thailand.

    As for “beaners” 3 major 1% clubs have a high density of Latinos

  3. NYman Says:

    Associates and supporters and even a couple randoms who got pulled in don’t equate to “members”. Some of you believe anything you see. A brother of mine was arrested with his cousins on a fishing trip once and the headline was ” 7 members of ” arrested etc… This ain’t Europe there’s still very clear taboos on certain ” people”

  4. Wildbill1963 Says:

    Race matters a decade ago these guys in the mug shots would not even be looked at. Don’t give me the bullshit judge a man by his heart in NYC.The older dudes look righteous but the others I can’t see them being anything but supporters. Times are definitely changing

    @Mr. Nobody

    In the counties that don’t contain good sized city, the county bar association and then judical circuit is everything. Half the defense attorneys been prosecutors office at one point. They all-prosecutors and defense and public defenders and ambulance chasers- are member of their little bar association and their judicial circuit. They meet up at least monthly if not weekly and have their dinners and continuting legal edu hours.

    Course they do, the fuck they do ! They horse trade, if you catch a beef, your in the corral and they need so many head in the corral to make dogfood. Us.

    Hey Wardog I would be willing to bet the only “war”‘you’ve ever seen or been involved in was world of Warcraft you fucking good! NYC has always been made up of different nationalities, they’re judged as man and bye the heart and character first and this was no Radom shooting or jumping. 15 showed up and it was cordial but told it was probably not the best idea to stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. 15 took this as disrespect as “‘they can go and do whatever the fuck they want” some skin was thrown and then your 15 boys pulled knives among other things and exculated the situation very fast! You pull a knife and try to stab one of my brothers itsvgame over, if I got a gun I’m using it! End of story! Never being a knife to a gunfight! This is NYC rules where men still live.

    @War dog
    You were definitely in special ed when they made it to the ninth grade. Excellent point.

  12. Jj Says:

    War Dog – Hey smartypants, before calling others stupid, you should read “Grammar 101 for Dummies.” You have the grammatical skills of a five-year-old, which means your ability to assess the mental functioning of others is extremely limited. Btw, your physical appearance-based IQ assessment is further evidence of your compromised cognitive abilities & smacks of racism. Just saying… Gratuitous mean-spirited petty remarks are never cool, fool.

  13. Rotten Says:

    Half them 81 that got pinched look like fuckin beaners. Wow.

  14. In The Know Says:

    @Mr Nobody, you are 100% correct, Virginia lawyers are the crookedest bunch of scum

  15. Jim Denny Says:

    And then here in NYC we have 7 cops arrested for running hookers. Why doesn’t someone bring RICO to bear on them and their club, the NYPD?

  16. Outsider Says:

    Stick to facts. It sounds better. The last four paragraphs is a bunch of noise. Politics here in Virginia, (club politics) is crazy.

  17. War dog Says:

    It’s funny how every time 81 has a fight and still our number their foes they somehow pull a gun. By the looks of their mugshots I would say we’re all most likely in special ed when they made it to 9th grade. Anyways fuck them. Learn how to fight and stop bringing retarded mutts in

  18. Mr Nobody Says:

    Tip for those finding themselves in need of a defense attorney in VA. If you don’t have a reliable favorite from wherever you are from don’t hire local. Hire from one of the major “state capitol” sized cities. Attys in VA from the same place are all friends. Your case might get decided over lunch at whatever place is popular among the local lawyers in favor of another case they want more. Horse trading where you are the horse.

  19. Filburt Says:

    Prosecutor timothy martin “So he may come out blazing just to assure folks that his manhood still swings low.” LMFAO, Split-tails Don’t swing.

  20. 31st Says:

    @Spoon

    Go stick a shillelagh up your ass, you fucking weirdo. GET LOST

  21. 31st Says:

    @VA Bob

    they never mentioned the name of the “victim” in Newark, NJ, either.

  22. Va.Bob Says:

    The names of the wounded individual and the beaten dude have not been released.Such omissions don’t always happen,right? Is there a good reason for this? Could they have been non-members rocking confiscated cuts?Not to be a conspiracy theorist,or anything like that.

  23. Freebird Says:

    A somewhat complicated relationship with the truth appears to be contagious.

    Opioids are the only know treatment at this time….

  24. jrino Says:

    Well bad pr is better than no pr.

  25. Hangaround Says:

    Well considering that the last major crime before this was most likely a biting. I expect the local constabulary doesnt have a lot else to cover.
