Jason Randall “Agro” Cliff

Jason Randall “Agro” Cliff, a member of the Sonoma County charter of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club died April 8 of injuries sustained in a head-on crash with a pickup truck near the intersection of California State Roads 175 and 29 in Lake County, California.

He was the owner of Holeshot Choppers & Performance in Rancho Cordova, California.

Cliff was forced to live the last months of his life under a cloud after he was accused of being one of five Hells Angels who beat and seriously injured an unnamed victim on November 26,2016. The accusation was contained in a federal indictment returned by a grand jury in October 2017. The indictment is unclear about whether Cliff actually did anything or was merely present during the alleged assault.

It was a notably cruel piece of police work. Cliff was arrested during a charity event intended to help victims of a devastating wild fire that had ravaged Sonoma County the month before, killing 25 people and destroying 5,000 homes. Among the items seized by federal police during the arrests of Cliff and others were $20,000 of new clothes, toys, bedding and non-perishable food.

In addition to his club brothers, Cliff is survived by his mother Shirlyn Mathison; his father Gary Gene Cliff; his stepfather Richard Mathison; his widow Heather Cliff; his children Summer and Savannah Cliff and Amanda, Brandon and Katie Key; and his siblings Jeffrey, CJ and Hoby Cliff; Adam, Desmond and Forrest Mathison; David and Dillon Pack; Niki Adams and Kame Alvarez.

Jason “Agro” Cliff’s funeral is this Saturday, April 21. There will be a memorial service at the Lafferty and Smith Colonial Chapel on Sonoma Highway in Santa Rosa, California beginning at 10 a.m. After the service he will be buried at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery on Bennett Valley Road in Sata Rosa.

Jason Randall “Agro” Cliff was just 50. He died quickly, doing what he loved with his boots on.

Requiescat In Pace.
