Michael J. Jakscht, the moron who ran over a pack of motorcycles in Phoenix on March 25th was charged Tuesday with four counts of manslaughter, five counts of aggravated assault and seven counts of endangerment. Three of the motorcyclists injured that day, Clyde R. Nachand, Stephen Punch and Daniel L. Butler, died at the scene. […]
