I vote for a fiction piece where a bunch of grizzled, badass, don’t take no shit, yet lovable outlaw bikers with some help from their hot ol’ ladies take down some rogue cops. In the final scene bikers from all over the state show up by the thousands to back up the outlaws in a show of biker solidarity. Should make a great movie too (R rated due to the numerous titty bar scenes).
Of course when you portray the rogue asshole cops you will have to say “any similarity to real persons living or dead is purely coincidental” with your fingers crossed.

If you’ll read subsection 30 on page 23 of the PDF you’ll see they allege two members of two different clubs asked a guy from from the Mongols to attend a race at Dinwiddie. The guy from the Mongols was a UC or narc according to the indictment.

DocB: It’s bullshit and innuendo. Whatever Grand Jury heard this one, blew it.
The indictment reads more like something to stir up trouble between the clubs mentioned, more than a serious set of provable allegations. Of course, the feds don’t have to worry about proving anything. They just plan on everyone taking a plea deal due to the cost and risk of a trial, and they get to make up bullshit like in that indictment with impunity.

This is what I mean – they video and audio tape citizens – I know because we’ve taken depositions where they’ve admitted it! The law normally goes if one person is aware then it’s ok – we used to tape record phone calls of stock trading transactions because so much money was at stake and the “legal department” confirmed it was ok because one side knew, so really this is just another attempt to intimidate the general population into eating as much shit as possible, as far as I’m concerned.
