A Mongols Motorcycle Club member named Eric Dean “Pee-Ka” Garcia has disappeared without a trace. Garcia was last seen in downtown San Jose on September 18, 2012 about 11 p.m. riding a black, 1985 Harley and wearing Levis, a white tee-shirt and his cut.
His family and his club brothers are “extremely worried about his well-being” and have asked The Aging Rebel to report his disappearance. His family has posted numerous photos and other basic information about Pee-Ka Garcia on a Facebook page that anyone with or without a Facebook account can access here.
Garcia is 5’11” tall, weighs 310 pounds and he turned 32 on July 20. He is not hospitalized or incarcerated in California.
The Back Story
Pee-Ka Garcia was one of four Mongols who pled nolo contendere, or no contest, to charges resulting from the shooting a Hells Angel named Robert Daniel Thompson outside a bar called The Shanty at the corner of Third and C Streets in Eureka, California in November 2008. Nobody saw anything.
Garcia and Dustin Liebes pled no contest to a charge of “participation in a criminal street gang.” Eric Gunner Lundin pled no contest to felony assault with a firearm and being a member of a criminal street gang. Brad Miller pled no contest to being an accessory after the fact to felony assault.
Thompson survived the alleged assault.
