Retired Pagan Sentenced

Retired Pagan Motorcycle Club member John “The Egyptian” Kachbalian was sentenced yesterday to a year of supervised probation in exchange for a guilty plea to third degree witness tampering according to a press release distributed by Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner.

In New Jersey, third degree witness tampering is commonly punished by a prison term of between three and five years and a maximum fine of $15,000. Kachbalian agreed to the deal last month.

Tyner’s release puts it like this: “John Kachbalian, 55, of 306 Spray Ave., pleaded guilty on Thursday in exchange for a recommended sentence of probation conditioned upon 364 days in the Atlantic County Justice Facility. The plea also calls for no contact and no further use of Facebook as per the Prosecutor’s wishes. In Aug. 30, 2018, Kachbalian, was arrested at his residence, following the execution of the arrest warrant that was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACPO Major Crimes Unit,” the barely literate moron who authored the release continues. “At that time, Kachbalian was charged with the following: First degree Witness Tampering; Third degree Invasion of Privacy; Fourth degree Cyber-Harassment.”

Facebook Crime

Kachbalian’s crime comprised commenting on the trial of former Pagan Ferdinand “Freddy” Augello and the witnesses who helped Tyner convict Augello. A jury found Augello guilty of the murder of South Jersey celebrity April Kauffman in 2012; conspiring to kill James Kauffman, who was the architect of April Kauffman’s murder; and selling prescription drugs obtained from James Kauffman. James Kauffman killed himself in January 2018. Augello was probably innocent of the crimes for which he was convicted. The prosecution was obviously contrived to enhance Tyner’s standing and reputation in New Jersey and advance his political career. The witnesses against Augello were bribed for their testimony with sweetheart plea deals. And Kachbalian, who knew Augello and all the witnesses spoke out against what he thought was an outrageous miscarriage of justice.

Last August, Kachbalian ran a list of prosecution witnesses on his Facebook page that he had copied from the Facebook page of area journalist Kevin C. Shelly. Shelly is a former editor of The Press of Atlantic City. Kachbalian also provided a link to Shelly’s page. Shelly was not charged. Kachbalian called the list a “rat list.”

In the same Facebook post that included the “rat list,” Kachbalian published rude comments about Ferdinand Augello’s ex-wife, Beverly Augello, and he published an arguably erotic photo of an attractive, naked woman viewed from the rear. The photo did not reveal the subject’s face, breasts or genitals. Kachbalian did not name the woman but implied that she was Beverly Augello. Beverly Augello later testified against her ex-husband and was given suspended sentences for drug possession and for participating in a drug conspiracy.

Rebel: to quote you, “he published an arguably erotic photo of an attractive, naked woman viewed from the rear. …”

Umm, I understand subjectivity and beauty being in the eye of the beerholder, but ummmm, I think the above statement qualifies under the qualification of a “goddamn lie”.

My thoughts too. I am not American and can’t lay claim to expertise in constitutional matters I did think this should never have made it to court. The first amendment is quite unequivocal, at least it seemed so to me.

“The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is a part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, and right to petition.” Information gathered from a free press by an individual who’s allowed free speech. Does this guy even have a lawyer?

Ah yes, our justice system fucking the wrong people once again. I believe that it’s a slow mind game they’re pulling on everyone. Slowly, gently trying to get the weak-minded to be brainwashed into thinking that whomever the government (local, fed, whatever) wants to put a charge on and into the court system, *MUST* be guilty and to forget about what they *possibly* learned in school about ‘innocent until proven guilty’.

This thing is just more proof of it all being true. The fucking cunt journalist is running around free for being the original person to have the list up, yet someone who copies that list is actually the one to get fucked by the justice system.

The largest criminal *GANGS* in this nation are the pigs and those working in the justice system.
