Another Angel Takes Deal

Dominick J. Eadicicco, a Hells Angel from Staten Island pled guilty yesterday in Augusta County, Virginia to malicious wounding by a mob and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He was sentenced to serve eight years in prison. He had been scheduled to begin trial on March 18.

According to prosecutors, Eadicicco and a club prospect from East Elmhurst, New York named Anthony Milan fired four shots at two Pagans Motorcycle Club members last September 10 as the Pagans parked near a recently rented room at a Homestead Inn in Greenville, Virginia. A motel room clerk had assigned the Pagans to a room next to three rooms rented by the Hells Angels.

One of the Pagans was wounded in the lower back. The second was beaten. The man who was shot spent a week at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. The other Pagan was treated and released. Neither of the Pagans cooperated with police or prosecutors.

The government’s case was based on surveillance video and video recorded on an iPad by one of the Hells Angels.

Police arrested seven Hells Angels from the New York City area after the shooting and recovered two pistols, one cartridge and a small quantity of drugs.

Eadicicco was the fifth suspect arrested that night to agree to a plea deal. Last month, Milan pled guilty to the same charges as Eadicicco and was also sentenced to eight years. Nathaniel A. Villaman of East Brunswick, New Jersey; Joseph Anthony Paturzo of the Bronx, New York and Richard E. West of Baldwin, New York all pled guilty to malicious wounding by a mob and were sentenced to four years.

Two ther men, Andy Thongthawath of Queens and Buster Domingo of South Ozone Park, New York have been charged with possession of a schedule I or II drug and possession of a firearm while in possession of a schedule I or II drug.
