Kinfolk Probate Arrested

A Kinfolk Motorcycle Club probate named Aaron Chad Delaune was charged with four counts of attempted felony murder and one count of a shooting into an occupied vehicle last Saturday in Auburndale, Florida.

According to police Delaune, who was driving a 2015 Dodge Charger, was following a pack of about 15 motorcyclists in the far right lane of U.S. 92 at about 1:20 p.m. when a blue Dodge Durango driven by an unnamed victim and occupied by the victim’s wife and two nine-year-old sons attempted to merge right in order to exit the interstate.

According to police, Delaune, intending to protect the pack, fired two shots at the family. One shot hit the passenger side of the Durango and passed through the vehicle. A second shot hit the Durango’s tail gate and was recovered in the vehicle. None of the four family members was struck.

A good citizen witnessed the incident, followed Delaune and called police.

Polk County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended the probate and recovered a loaded Bersa .380 pistol, a spare clip, a spent shell casing and a loaded shotgun. Police allege that Delaune fired at the family in order to “elevate his staus” within the Kinfolk. He is being held at the Polk County Jail without bail.

The Kinfolk were founded by Dan “Chopper Dan” Schild in 2016. Schild is a former Bandidos Motorcycle Club National Chapter member. Schild quit the Bandidos after the arrests of former club president Jeffrey Pike and club vice-president John Portillo.

According to police, the Kinfolk and the Bandidos had at least six violent confrontations in 2017. Authorities allege five Kinfolk were assaulted by Bandidos supporters in South Padre, Texas in February 2017; a shot was fired during an alleged confrontation between the two clubs in Wills Point, Texas later that month; the next month, a Bandido named Wesley Dale Mason was accused of murdering a Kinfolk named Dusty Childress during an exchange of gunfire near the Abilene, Texas dump; allegedly, members of a Bandidos support club shot two Kinfolk in Westlake, Louisiana in May; and in August a Kinfolk patch holder named Javier Gonzalez shot three Bandidos, including the president of the El Paso chapter, and a member of a Bandidos support club. The chapter president, Juan “Compa” Martinez Jr., died.

Following those incidents, Schild was expelled from the Kinfolk.

“Prosecutors were seeking 30 years in prison, but state sentencing guidelines called for Aaron Chad Delaune, 27, to receive a lesser 15-year sentence.

BARTOW — A Louisiana man convicted in January of firing two gunshots into an SUV carrying a family to a birthday celebration was sentenced to 17 years in prison Friday for four counts of attempted manslaughter.”

    Respect, to those…

  2. rollinnorth Says:

    So much for their “BROTHERHOOD”:

“During this week’s three-day trial, prosecutors argued that Delaune fired into the SUV to send a message to his brothers in the Kinfolk Motorcycle Club, in which he sought greater standing.

But when he testified Thursday, Delaune denied being a member of the group, which law enforcement officers testified is considered a criminal motorcycle gang.
He said the jacket and other items in his car when he was arrested belonged to friends in the club.”

    Respect, to those…

The guy was trying to protect his buddies! They were on their way to a local gay bar where the new guy had to suck off all the rest of the members to get his status raised! If something would have happened, there wouldn’t have been enough sperm to swallow! That’s how kinfolk raise their ranks, by raising their brother’s schlongs! This guy is going to love playing hide the two-liter bottle in prison! I wonder if he will get conjugal visits from his mom! Don’t drop the soap dumbass…or drop it since that’s your thing!

  4. FloridaTrash Says:

While I agree there are a “few” righteous men in Florida I can also agree with Rotten that Florida is bye far the worst trash state in America when it comes to MC’s! Every pop up, trash club is in Florida along with dozens and dozens of made up clubs and they all claim to be righteous 1%ers. Even the established clubs with chapters in Florida have to lower the bar considerably to keep their ranks full!! I don’t why it’s that way but it’s the truth and everyone in America knows it! No one RUNS Florida. Every other guy there rocks a Florida bottom rocker and only one club fought for it, so what’s that tell you!? Now there’s just so much trash it’s pointless to even care I guess but in the 60s-70s things were much different! 81 should come in and patch over 23 and just clean out that’ hole swamp but I think it’s too late.

  5. Bob Says:

That’s pretty much how not to drive blocker. And just what was a .380 supposed to do in an actual confrontation? The quality of personnel seems lacking

  6. white witch Says:

@rotten You are an ignorant dumbass. lumping everyone in Fla together is something LE would do you fucking moron. I live in Florida and there are plenty of righteous brothers down here. What you are the only shithead in the state you live in? I doubt it. If you can not think of something intelligent to say STFU.

Let me ask ya all: the guy puts his blinker on do you let him in so he can exit? Seems to me 2 people made mistakes here. But when someone shoots at a car full of people they better be ready to do the time.

  8. FLBiker Says:

Nobody is sticking up for that. In fact, nobody is comparing either of those two instances as one being right or wrong. They are both fucked up cases. in one, a man died and abunch of guys will probably spend the rest of their lives in prison, and in this one two nine year old kids could have potentially died because their father may or not be an okay driver, and now the Kinfolk will probbaly spend his life in Prison. They have a tendency to be trouble makers in Florida because of their prior club history and employment. Florida isn’t all bad. Sure, there are some clowns wearing diamonds and not wearing diamonds, but there are also solid righteous people doing their thing. The Latter are not in the Kinfolk, here atleast.

  14. Rotten Says:

@FLBiker “These guys are just trouble and quick to pull firearms and antagonize.” You mean as opposed to the clowns who claim to “run the state” that executed a guy at a gas station full of cameras last year? I guess Its all about WHO is pulling the gun, huh?? Florida, where losers who cant make it anywhere else go to be full of shit. No one with any class flying a patch in that state.

  15. Bucket Says:

According to calculations what they are not saying is the Dodge Durango was in the far left lane. The motorcycles were in the center lane, the Durango almost hit 4 bikes as he was forcing his way into the bikers lane. The Durango has dark tinted windows. It a shame that bikers get the worst reputation when something like this happens. I don’t condone what the other Driver did, but there should be some charges against the owner of the Durango.

    @ Shovel (Eochaidh OghaChruithne)

Have fun doing 25 years in the Florida Penal system, Aaron ol’ chum.

  20. white witch Says:

It is dipshits like this that we need to worry about instead of getting worked up over a TV show. These wanna be tough guys shooting at a fucking car with women and kids are why the public hates patch holders. This dipshit represents all of us whether we want to admit it or not. I hope they bury his dumbass,

Paladin, everybody makes mistakes. He just mistook the family van for the SURVEILLANCE van that HE WAS SUPPOSED to SHOOT UP for HIS PERCEIVED STREET CRED.

“And it was at that moment, he knew- he fucked up.”

  22. Nobody Says:

The “real club” pulled the gun and the “real club” started the altercation from what I heard.

  23. Anonymous Says:

Flying those colors in Texas I would probably be armed to the tooth and shooting at passing vehicles too?

  24. Paladin Says:

What a stupid fucking cunt. Great way to represent. Based on the affiliation, this is what one should one expect.

  25. Not the 99 Says:
