Clarksville Mongols Indictment Grows

The press release announcing a 69-page, third superseding indictment against the Clarksville, Tennessee Mongols begins with a couple of lies.

“Two Additional Members and Associates of Clarksville Tennessee Mongols Motorcycle Gang Charged with Crimes Related to Racketeering Conspiracy, Murder, Kidnapping and Drug Trafficking,” the release crows. “Twenty-one Now Charged in Mongols Investigation.”

Actually, there are only 18 defendants. Three people who might be charged have died. And the two additional defendants are not members of the club. They are a couple of young women named Janie Lee, who is 22, and Jessie Marie Decker who is 33.

The indictment was unsealed last Friday.

What Does 1% Mean

The accusations at the heart of the indictment haven’t changed: “Murder, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, conspiracy to traffic in narcotics, narcotics trafficking, robbery, extortion, money laundering, and witness tampering.”

Many members of the Mongols Motorcycle Club, the indictment breathlessly informs, “display the designation of ‘1%,’ which is,” according to the government, not so much a statement of the wearers elite status among motorcyclists and club members but rather, “a statement used to distinguish Mongols members from the ‘99%’ of motorcycle club members who are legitimate and law-abiding. Mongols members define themselves as within the ‘1%’ who are not legitimate and who do not adhere to the law or the rights of others.”

The sizzle in this case is the alleged “kidnapping and murder of Stephen Cole, an estranged former member of the Mongols.”

In addition to tricking the Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle into publishing the same accusations yet again, the indictment advances the case by adding Lee and Decker to the list of the evil ones.

Lee, according to this edition of the indictment, “while armed with firearms, traveled to California and obtained approximately 15 pounds of methamphetamine from T.C., a male coconspirator member of the Mongols Harbor Chapter in California, now deceased, and brought it back to Tennessee and Kentucky for distribution in Tennessee and Kentucky.” Then, “Janie Lee, while armed with a Glock 9 mm pistol, an extra 30 round magazine for the pistol, and a Rock Island 1911, .40 caliber handgun, traveled from Oak Grove, Kentucky, to Boone County, Missouri, where they were traffic stopped for traveling in a stolen vehicle. During the traffic stop, law enforcement located and seized approximately 113 grams of 100% pure methamphetamine and varying amounts of other illegal controlled substances.” Finally, “on or about May 2016, Janie Lee distributed at least four pounds of methamphetamine to another individual for further distribution.”

Decker seems to have gone wrong when she got involved with Satan’s favorite brand of cigarettes.

According to the indictment, “Jesse Marie Decker did knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute less than 50 kilograms of marijuana, a Schedule I controlled substance.” Besides that she “did knowingly possess a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime for which they may be prosecuted in a court of the United States, that is, Possession with intent to Distribute, and Conspiracy to Distribute, less than 50 kilograms of marijuana.” And then, she “did corruptly attempt to obstruct, influence, and impede an official proceeding, that is a federal grand jury investigation into the criminal activities of the Clarksville Mongols, by removing gang related evidence and marijuana from their home at 202 Cemetery Street in Trenton, Kentucky, and concealing it in a self-storage unit in Clarksville, Tennessee, rented only in the name of Jessie Marie Decker.”

    Trial date is set for April 20th, 2020! Meanwhile these guys will more than likely have to sit in jail until then. Would this be considered a speedy trial? I think not!

  2. Sieg Says:

    So, Rook, who do you ride with?

  3. Rook Says:

    Bunch of punk ass wannabes. Apologies to the real but these cats were jokes

    This is the type of shit that happens when you give any fuckhead off the street a patch. Its Sad that the Mighty Mongol Nation has stooped to patching in anyone for numbers. Kinda like Iron Order Or Kinfolk.

    For Example. 7 chapters Of the Mongols MC opened up in Texas in the last month. How the fuck does that happen. Simple they took advantage of the Current situations going on with the Bandits. That shit wouldmt happen a few years ago before twin peaks.

    Bill W, a club is made up of like minded people. It’s not a club of killers man. Then again Bundy wasn’t really…

  6. Bill W Says:

    It’s kinda hard to take any club in florida serious! Probably the biggest joke of a state when it comes to clubs. Any and all pop-up, cop, or joke clubs start in Florida. Largest number of clubs in the USA. It’s a trash state when it comes to that let’s be honest. Doubt the genuine clubs that do exist have members like they do in other states. Except for the AOA and warlocks and maybe a few others a member of the mongols in California is very different then a member in Florida. In Florida they seem to care only about numbers. It’s about quantity not quality. Florida is like a giant reject pop up club, soa poser convention.

    @Paladin –
    I appreciated that link even if others didn’t.

    I didn’t know that either, thanks for the info. Being up in New England you pretty much just have Angels and Outlaws, although the Pagans have been making inroads up here. Of course at the end of the day none of it is my business or anyone else’s, just simple curiosity on my end.

    hellequine says “Stay Stupid My Friend” just like the Mexican beer commercial. Paladin I loved the part where a undercover plant can’t really snort crack but they really could and the courts might let it slide. fuckin crazy!

  9. Gordo Says:

    @ Palidan

    Yes thx for info

    That’s good stuff and appreciate your links

  10. Stlrzfan Says:

    LMFAO! Paladin provided a *link* to some very good information. As stated already…”what has wadded your panties up” about this? Either you didn’t follow the link, or you did which is even worse! Unless you’re truly that intellectually incapacitated.

  11. Hangaround Says:

    Thanks for that link Paladin. Thats damn good info!

    @Ghost Rider
    It was an iunconfirmed rumor but I too heard that they did give several former Austin Bandidos Mongol patches, which seems to be an MO of the Mongols started in the 90’s. Take disgruntled members who have an ax to grind with a big club and give them a patch. A full patch but call them probates.
    I wonder if it’s by design? The Feds put off their case against The Mongols till October. They have a long hot summer riding season to allow tensions to brew. Maybe kill a rival or a Mongol and provoke with the tension. Patch over former members from another major club. Sounds like a powder keg that the feds have done before.

    It’s Clarksville, TN newspaper, Rebel. We have *THE* dumbest bunch of people working for newspapers in the country, IMO (I’m talking about the whole state…every paper in TN is manned by sub-morons).

    My local paper is a whole 3 pages. I swear the ‘reporters’ can’t walk and chew gum simultaneously. No one seems to know what a dictionary is or how to use spell-check.

  14. Phuquehed Says:

    Meh, sorry, Sieg…I didn’t get to your post yet and it looks almost like I copied yours, heh.

  15. Phuquehed Says:

    Shove it up your ass sideways, Hellequin. It was a simple suggestion with some damn good information. Paladin’s been helping in ways like this on this site for fucking years. What the fuck have *you* done here yet except suddenly show up and move that cocksucker faster than the speed of light?

  16. RW Says:

    @ Paladin
    I printed several copies of that info to hand to some folks. Good stuff
    Maybe we’ll informed citizens make Hellequine’s job harder. Why else would someone be mad about trying to spread helpful info.
    Thanks for the link.

  17. Sieg Says:

    Hellequine, people read this site for news, for views, for happening, for information-especially the piggers, and for shits and giggles.

    That said, the link Paladin provided was pretty damn good, especially if you may, at some point, be forced to deal with FedCoat scum. He didn’t tell Rebel to include it, he offered it as a suggestion.

    All that said, what wadded up your panties about it, don’t like tips on ordinary people surviving contact with Federal scum?

  18. Paladin Says:

    @ Hellequine;

    It was a just a suggestion. Based on the number of people that seem to get themselves into trouble by not knowing when to keep their mouths shut, I thought some practical guidelines might be of help. Your post is as textbook example.

  19. FLOGROWN Says:

    @New England Rider
    Mongols MC got serious numbers in Florida

  20. Hellequine Says:

    @ Paladin

    Where do you get off telling Rebel what he may or may not want to consider publishing on HIS site…

    You want to cast your pearls of wisdom do bad, set up your own…..

    Impartial, informative reporting is what folk come here for….

  21. Ghost rider Says:

    They just started a Texas chapter as well.

  22. Paladin Says:

    Dear Rebel;

    You might want to think about permanently affixing the following link to you site.

    And as always, long may you ride.

  23. New England Rider Says:

    I didn’t realize the Mongols had spread as far east as Tennessee. Interesting….
