Your Head On Government Transparency

Someone asked “What is happening with the Bandidos trial in San Antonio.”

“This is all I know.” I replied.

On August 11, 2016 trial was set for August 7, 2017. On May 5, 2017 trial was reset for February 5, 2018. On January 2, 2018 trial was reset for February 27, 2018.

On January 30, 2018 a sealed document was filed by George Aristotelidis who is the lawyer for Frederick Cortez

On January 31, sealed documents were filed by Jeff Pike’s attorney Dick DeGuerin and John Portillo’s attorney Mark Stevens. That same day, Assistant United States Attorney Eric Fuchs filed two sealed documents.

A sealed motion was filed on February 6 by Stevens including “emails between Stevens and Fuchs,” and a sealed motion was filed by DeGuerin.

Stevens filed a sealed motion and a sealed document on February 7; and a sealed document was filed by Fuchs; and a sealed order was signed by Judge David A. Ezra.

Three documents were sealed on February 8.

A public document was filed on February 9 in which government objected to proposed defense experts Kent Schaffer, Will Dulaney, David Deveraux and Tim Harper. Also there was a sealed order.

There was an open ruling on Valentine’s Day allowing the prosecution’s expert and DeGuerin filed a sealed document.

Fuchs filed another sealed document on February 15.

On February 16 a pretrial conference was scheduled for yesterday and DeGuerin filed another sealed document.

There were five sealed filings on Tuesday.

Stevens filed another sealed document yesterday.

Here are the two official theme songs of the Bandidos case.

It would certainly be nice to see this entire affair implode on the Network News

    Thank you!!

Will get one soon. Right now my priority is getting the growths out of my head before they kill me.

BTW, my memory of A WHITER SHADE OF PALE was revived by the movie OBLIVION. Fantastic movie. Great reference to agreat, classic poem.
Tom Cruise usually inspires nausea but OBLIVION and THE LAST SAMURAI are gems. Of course SEVEN SAMURAI is classic.

@ JWC get one of these. I could tell you about electronics and how filters and amps are better when space is not an issue. I could tell you that 2AAA batteries bias these amps FAR better than a Micro Hearing aide battery. Last longer. Cheaper. But what I was going to tell you was I have 2 swiss made, high dollar hearing aids collecting dust. Buy this thing. 1 ear bud in the good ear. Fits in your top pocket. I’m deaf as fuck but I can pop that baby in and spy on my kids in the other room. PLUS.. In a Club just turn it to all base, no treble… Perfect filters. But mostly don’t use it… just have it.

Best of luck in proving that the Governments case is all BS, to the lawyers of
    BandidoPike1%er & BandidoPortillo1%er.
Hopefully there is a trend of actual justice against the real bad guys!

Respects to the REAL & especially Rebel

    Great choice of music!

I have had four surgeries during the last 15 months in which they literally cut my ears off and drilled holes in my head to remove growths from my middle ear. My hearing had always been bad and the surgeries have raised the spectre of becoming deaf. I have savored opportunities to listen to old music while I still can.

  8. Curbside Says:

All I know is, Pike did well to go with DeGuerin as his attorney. That dude is a Jedi Master in the court room.

If you’ve never seen it, check the YouTube of him ripping Senator Charles Schumer a new one during congressional hearings about the BATFE burning down that church during the first Waco massacre.

  9. Bad Guy Says:

The 6th amendment as proposed by Congress in 1789 reads as follows:

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.” (and yes defense was spelled that way in the original had written draft)

  10. Gandalf Says:

Isn’t it strange How quickly our Justice System imposes Gag Orders and seals filings on the basis of, “We know what it says…Trust us.” Meanwhile LE has a Troll Farm somewhere in Virginia with as many Trolls as Putin. When Twin Peaks happened Stevie Wonder could see the spin. We live in an “Alternative Fact” world but I think it has always been that way… since some King killed his brother and convinced the people a nigger with a red hat did it. It is….as it always has been. Ask Lee Havey and Life Mag… they will (won’t) tell you. Oh well, “I’ll have a cheeseburger and fries.” FTW (IMHO) means Live, Laugh, Love and Fuck the BS. 1%ers always had it right. This Shit been going on forever.

  11. Dutchboy Says:

And the angel opened the last seal and the feds were embarrassed by what was revealed. The defense team saw this and knew it was good.

Say hello to the New America where we don’t have “secret trials”! Oh no, those are unconstitutional! No we have sealed records and closed proceedings and the FISA courts of course, but those are not REALLY “Secret Trials” are they.

You best agree or you’re next.

Rebel thank you for being real reporter in the classic sense of the word and tearing the scabs off the pus laden wounds so sickening our Republic.

  12. Grimace Says:

    Double Secret Probation?

…and the Republic continues to die.

  13. Iron Rider Says:

Don’t you love the federal court system with cases like these everything filed under seal means no one can see just what the governments case is ( although we have have heard it in their press releases ) or the reasons behind it, or why they object to this or that. One big secret, but dont worry nothing to hide just ask the goverment.

Could it be there is information that may affect Twin Peaks cases? Possibly but that’s under seal. Something tells me the governments case may not be all that we are led to believe it is, and hard to question it when you can’t learn anything from it

  14. El Duce` Says:

To paraphrase- your sayin’ this trial has become a trained seal act?

  15. Freebird Says:

I am kind of surprised they have not moved them to the FISA court. Foreign is the new normal. You can get arrested, charged and found guilty and no one will ever know it happen.

    Kind of like this:

It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.

    Joseph Stalin

  16. Bone Head Says:

A government shell game. Where’s the pea? Better yet, is it a pea?

  17. Paula Carroll Swann Says:

What is RICO? A charge given when the government doesn’t have any evidence and can’t prove any crimes was committed. Conspiracy theories of delusional government employees trying to make a name for themselves.
