Never Mind In Denver

Twenty-three months after an Iron Order Motorcycle Club member named Derrick Joseph “Kong” Duran shot and killed Mongols Motorcycle Club member Victor “Nubs” Mendoza and shot and wounded Mongol Jared “Hercules” Chadwick, Mendoza’s widow has settled her civil cases against Duran, the Iron Order and the Colorado Motorcycle Expo. The Expo hosted the event at which the murder and the aggravated assault occurred.

Durran was a Colorado prison guard who, by most accounts, initiated the confrontation between members of the two clubs. His victims and other witnesses refused to tell police what had happened and so Duran was never charged with any crime. For the same reason, a lawsuit filed by Chadwick was dropped last year.

Iron Order members frequently pick fights with members of other clubs in order to assert their control over the territories they claim on their bottom rockers; then escalate those confrontations; then blame their victims in rehearsed interviews with police. Current Iron Order International Vice President Lieutenant Colonel Michael “Cgar” Crouse articulated this strategy for dominating other motorcycle clubs: “I know our club has the advantage. One percenters won’t call the cops. So what the fuck, destroy any fucker that confronts you. It’s a free ticket….”

Last August 11, the Colorado Motorcycle Expo filed suit against “the Mongols Nation Motorcycle Club.” The Aging Rebel believes that suit has also been resolved.

Duran subsequently left his job, sold his home and disappeared. He was never legally served notice of the lawsuit against him. He was last seen in Minneapolis. A very knowledgeable source speculated that Duran might have been given a new identity by the United States government.

A week ago, the Motorcycle Expo announced it would return later this month to the National Western Complex in Denver. The Expo was cancelled last year.

The Mongols and the Iron Order are both banned from this year’s event. The Expo will also ban guns, knives, drugs and alcohol not purchased at the show.

The Expo is also demanding that other motorcycle clubs agree to indemnify both the city of Denver and the Expo for any damages caused by club members before those members will be allowed to attend the event.

I doubt those who dont attend the expo will miss much other than being eyed up and down by Law Enforcement who I am sure will be out in double the force.

When I see the government minions doin press releases, I thank God we don’t need to count on them to do anything significant. That broad flapping her jaws about how she got it covered used to do my old lady’s nails before she became the director of what’s happening now department of safety. What a disgrace.

Mile High Harley Davidson in Parker, CO will be hosting a new event sponsored by the Colorado Coalition of Clubs. It is in no way affiliated with the old event which is mentioned in this article. The CoC sponsored event is open to all clubs (except the Iron Order, which isn’t really a club anyway, so fuck them) and all proceeds will go the the Colorado Vets for Vets which is a non-profit formed by the veterans clubs and riding associations in the state. I would highly encourage the readers of the Aging Rebel to support this event as opposed to the Colorado Motorcycle Expo which will be banning the Mongols for the crime of being assaulted and having one of their members murdered.

Explain to me how these shit stains kill people and get a fed pass. You want to reduce violence in the community? Quit shielding these morons.

Hell, one of us gets pulled over for speeding and you can count on several backup cars, being cuffed and have all your crap gone through (with the biggest bullshit lie they can think of for probable cause). “You smell like weed, now I don’t need a warrant.” It doesn’t matter that you never smoked a day in your life, your cuffed and stuffed while the dig as hard as they can to manufacture a charge (or plant evidence…a few have been caught by body cams doing that recently).

Hey feds…these assholes are making you look even worse. Take the diaper off of these Urine Oder idiots and let them reap the consequences of shitting all over the place. Let them reap what they sow. Quit cashing the checks written by the mouth of that disgrace to the uniform, LtCol Crouse.

  9. Cavey Says:

If you ban a single 1% club, you ban them all!

  10. Shovelhead Says:

Fuck these Yuppie Rallies. I wouldn’t care if they all died out. I understand the need for Clubs to sell support gear to make money for the Club. But these rallies have gone to shit!

Of course if 1%ers were all drug dealing murdering crooks, like the Feds say, they wouldn’t need to sell T-shirts!! But alas, we’re just working class anti establishment hard riding Americans, who love Brotherhood and a place to meet with our own kind, Clubhouses cost money, so since we’re not crooks, we have to make money somehow and Trumps tax breaks aren’t gonna cut it. So, sell the support gear.

Support your local 1% Club Swap meets, Bike shows and Cook outs. More fun, good people and everyone gets along. You don’t have groups of Billy Badasses walking around with fake colors trying to start trouble.
For all you real Biker Chics out there, you’re so much hotter than the yuppie fake bitches!!

  11. Igo Says:

Legal fucking murder. What will the feds dream up next…..

  12. Paladin Says:

At these rallies and events all one is apt to find are wannabes, cops and a whole lot of over priced trouble. Why anyone would want to attend is beyond me.

  13. James W Crawford Says:

Will they allow guns, knives and other weapons as well as booze purchased at the venue?

  14. Lurch Says:

I bet there will metal detectors at the door… What are they gonna do have everyone wearing a patch sign a waiver? Will everyone have to sign a waiver?
