Truth Coming To Waco

The truth is coming to Waco.

A man named Christopher Jacob Carrizal will go on trial next month in McLennan County’s 19th State District Court. The Waco Tribune-Herald describes Carrizal as “the 35-year-old president of the Dallas chapter of the Bandidos motorcycle gang.” That is a lie. The Tribune-Herald has been lying about the Twin Peaks Biker Brawl for the last 27 months. So has CNN, ABC and The Washington Post to name but a few liars.

Carrizal was most recently indicted of three grievous felonies at exactly 12:42 p.m. last June 28. The indictment is an extraordinary document that describes at length the new American virtue of stupidity. The wonder in it is that Carrizal has not yet been charged with the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson,. Sharon Tate, Abraham Lincoln, the prophet Enoch and all the dinosaurs.

“The Grand Jurors of McLennan County, State of Texas, duly organized at the January Term, AD., 2017, of the 54th Judicial District Court of said county,” the indictment begins, “upon their oaths do present that Christopher Jacob Carrizal, hereinafter called Defendant, on or about the 17th day of May, 2015, in said county and state did then and there, as part of the identifiable leadership of a criminal street gang, knowingly direct or supervise the commission of or a conspiracy to commit murder and/or aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, by members of a criminal street gang, Bandidos.”

Wayne Campbell

“And it is further presented in and to said Court that the said Defendant, in the County of McLennan and State aforesaid on or about the 17th day of May, 2015, did then and there, with the intent to establish, maintain or participate as a member of a criminal street gang, to wit: Bandidos, commit or conspire to commit the offense of murder by intentionally and knowingly causing the death of an individual, namely, Wayne Campbell, by shooting with a firearm, a deadly weapon.”

The fact is, Carrizal no more killed Campbell than you did. The police killed him.

According to his autopsy report, Campbell died of a “gunshot wound of the head into the trunk.” The trajectory of his wound suggests that he was shot from above. During his autopsy, “one fired bullet jacket” and “one fired bullet fragment” were removed from his “neck/esophagus”

According to the ballistics report, “Those items were identified as having been fired by” police on the scene using “a Bushmaster “model XM 15-E25, 5.56 x 45mm caliber select-fire rifle, serial number L372190”

Smith And Russell

“And it is further presented in and to said Court that the said Defendant, in the County of McLennan and State aforesaid on or about the 17’h day of May, 2015, did then and there, with the intent to establish, maintain or participate as a member of a criminal street gang, to wit: Bandidos, commit or conspire to commit the offense of murder by intentionally and knowingly causing the death of an individual, namely, Matthew Smith, by shooting with a firearm, a deadly weapon.”

“And it is further presented in and to said Court that the said Defendant, in the County of McLennan and State aforesaid on or about the 1711, day of May, 2015, did then and there, with the intent to establish, maintain or participate as a member of a criminal street gang, to wit: Bandidos, commit or conspire to commit the offense of murder by intentionally and knowingly causing the death of an individual, namely, Charles Russell by shooting with a firearm, a deadly weapon,”

Carrizal did not do it.

Matthew Mark Smith may have been the Cossack who jumped out of the Twin Peaks garbage dumpster with a gun in his hand when the shooting started. His body was found near the dumpster with three bullet holes in him. He was shot twice in the abdomen from a distance that the weapon that fired that bullet did not leave powder burns, soot or stippling. The fatal shot was fired by a .45 caliber pistol and it was probably fired in self defense by one of two Bandidos who was not Jake Carrizal.

Charles Wayne “Dog” Russell had wounds consistent with having been in a fight and he was probably shot by police. He was in the parking lot when he died. The small caliber bullet that killed him was not fired from close range and was recovered in his vest.

Boyett

“And it is further presented in and to said Court that the said Defendant, in the County of McLennan and State aforesaid on or about the 17th day of May, 2015, did then and there, with the intent to establish, maintain or participate as a member of a criminal street gang, to wit: Bandidos, commit or conspire to commit the offense of murder by intentionally and knowingly causing the death of an individual, namely, Daniel Boyett, by shooting with a firearm, a deadly weapon.”

Daniel Raymond “Diesel” Boyett was not killed by Bandidos. He was killed by semi-automatic rifle fire from two Waco Swat officers named Michael Bucher and Heath Jackson. The ballistics reports describe the two weapons as Bushmasters, “model XM 15-E2S, 5.56 x 45mm caliber select-fire” rifles. One had serial number BFI470811 and the other was imprinted with serial number L372190. Both officers shot Boyett in the head. Bucher had reported over his radio “that he had shooters that were on the ground still shooting, and that one person was crawling towards our direction and that he still had a gun in his hand.”

In a preliminary hearing yesterday Jake Carrizal’s attorney, Casie Gotro wanted the ballistic evidence retested. Gotro thinks that one of the bullets that killed Boyett was not shot from one of the three rifles Waco police admitted firing during the brawl.

“I just want to know who killed Boyett,” she complained to the judge.

A Fourth Rifle

Gotro’s skepticism may point to a sniper present at the Twin Peaks that day. After the shooting stopped, multiple witnesses said they had seen snipers and had heard suppressed gunfire.

A photo taken in the aftermath of the brawl and copyrighted by the British news agency Reuters showed a sniper in the Twin Peaks parking lot after the shooting stopped. As previously reported on this page the rifle in the Reuter’s photo looks like an M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System manufactured by the Knight’s Armament Company. The rifle according to one source, appears to have “a ported and internally suppressed barrel.”

Since The Aging Rebel first reported the implications of the Reuter’s photo last May, additional sources have volunteered additional information about the rifle in the photo. Those sources, who have military backgrounds that make them informed about unusual firearms, all agree that the rifle was internally suppressed but disagree about the bullet the rifle might have fired. All the bullets mentioned by the informed sources are much larger than the 55 grain bullet fired from the rifles the Waco police acknowledge firing that day and are unlikely to be confused with them.

Rhyne, Kirshner and Jordan

“And it is further presented in and to said Court that the said Defendant, in the County of McLennan and State aforesaid on or about the 17th day of May, 2015, did then and there, with the intent to establish, maintain or participate as a member of a criminal street gang, to wit: Bandidos, commit or conspire to commit the offense of murder by intentionally and knowingly causing the death of an individual, namely, Jacob Rhyne, by shooting with a firearm, a deadly weapon.”

Jacob Lee “Rattle Can” Rhyne fired at least six shots during the brawl and executed Jesus Delgado “Jesse” “Mohawk” Rodriguez before he was shot by police.

Richard “Bear” Kirshner was probably one of the instigators of the brawl. He stopped at a local hardware store on his way to the Twin Peaks to buy a length of heavy chain to use as a weapon. A report in the Dallas News shortly after the brawl identified Kirshner as a former member of a law enforcement motorcycle club called the Southern Dawgs 286 MC, Kirshner was shot in the knee by an unknown combatant as he tried to beat a Bandido to death. He was shot twice more by police and bled to death before he could receive medical aid.

Richard Matthew “Richie” Jordan II, the stepson of Cossack Nomad Owen Reeves, might have been the first Cossack to die. He was shot once in the back of the head with a .38 caliber bullet and it is at least arguable that he was killed by another Cossack with bad aim who was actually trying to shoot Jake Carrizal.

Rodriguez

“And it is further presented in and to said •Court that the said Defendant, in the County of McLennan and State ‘aforesaid on or about the 17th day of May, 2015, did then and there, with the intent to establish, maintain or participate as a member of a criminal street gang, to wit: Bandidos, commit or conspire to commit the offense of murder by intentionally and knowingly causing the death of an individual, namely, Manuel Rodriguez, by shooting with a firearm, a deadly weapon,”

Manuel “Manny” Rodriguez was the only Bandido to die that day and he was almost certainly killed by either Jacob Rhyne or another Cossack standing on the patio of the Twin Peaks with a gun in his hand. Jesus Rodriguez was killed by Jacob Rhyne after he attacked the other Cossack on the patio after he fired in the general direction Manuel Rodriguez and a Bandido named Marcus Pilkington.

Pearce And Many More

“And it is further presented in and to said Court that the said Defendant, in the County of McLennan and State aforesaid on or about the 17th day of May, 2015, did then and there, with the intent to establish, maintain or participate as a member of a criminal street gang, to wit: Bandidos, commit or conspire to commit the offense of aggravated assault by intentionally, knowingly and recklessly causing bodily injury to, Clifford Pearce, by shooting and/or stabbing and/or cutting and/or striking him, and the Defendant did then and there use or exhibit a deadly weapon or knew that a deadly weapon would be used or exhibited, namely: a firearm and/or a knife or a sharp object and/or a club and/or an asp and/or a whip and/or brass knuckles and/or a chain and/or feet and/or hands and/or an object unknown to the grand jury, during the commission of the assault.”

Carrizal is indicted for injuring everyone who was wounded at the Twin Peaks. The most notable of those is Cossack prospect Clifford Lee Pearce who was shot and crippled by an unknown gunman. The only reason why Pearce was a Cossack prospect in the first place was because local Cossacks forbid him to form a club called the Death Riders. Waco, the Cossacks told Pearce, belonged to the Cossacks and “that is how it is everywhere in the biker world.”

Pearce was merely guarding the Cossacks motorcycles when Cossack Owen Reeves “started a scuffle.” He dove for the ground when he heard the first shot and while he lay there an unidentified person shot him in the shoulder. The bullet struck his Fourth Thoracic Vertebrae which paralyzed him from the waist down.

Drama

Gotro and Michael Jarrett, who will prosecute Carrizal at trial, have been bickering with each other like Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn for months. Yesterday, Jarrett asked Judge Ralph Strother to “instruct Ms. Gotro how to act like a professional.”

Gotro, who had just gotten a packet of the “evidence” against Carrizal asked Strother “to instruct Mr. Jarrett to grow some thicker skin.”

Gotro accused prosecutors of trying to “ambush” her at trial.

Jarrett accused her of “playing games,” which is ironic because prosecutors have been playing games with the case for years. There are more than 190 defendants in the Twin Peaks case and prosecutors have been announcing for almost a year that they intend to “do Carrizal first.”

Conspiracy Theory

The Aging Rebel has always asserted that the Twin Peaks brawl was a joint federal, state and local law enforcement entrapment gone wrong. It was one piece of an ongoing, federal racketeering investigation that was intended to gather evidence of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club’s territoriality. That’s why the police were there. That’s why the entire event was videotaped. That’s why so many witnesses were arrested. That’s why the arrests weren’t ordered until eight hours after the shooting stopped. That’s why years have passed before without a single case being either adjudicated or dismissed. Somebody’s beautiful, government career is on the line.

Yesterday Jarrett taunted Gotro to the judge. “If she wants to make this case about some grand conspiracy, then she will have the opportunity to do that at trial.,” he said.

It was a blatant dare. Gotro reiterated yesterday that despite all the obvious perils she will be ready to go to trial on September 11.

The Aging Rebel will be in Strother’s court then, too.

Dirty “LE”, knows they bungled everything at TP so badly(See:pics of agents placing ALL confiscated weapons in ONE bag,I.E), unless they and Reyna get guilty pleas, there’s NO way they would get convictions. They continually scapegoat all accused MC members present and other COCI non-MC members, while attempting to save face.

There exists, within the U.S., an operating criminal network comprised of “LE” officers, lawyers, politicians, military and media operatives who collude, coordinate, and conspire to violate state and U.S. laws and subvert the U.S. Consti. — on a daily basis.

The so-called Fed’s, Teddy, the intelligence agencies which HAD identified, and un-identified agents at TP, during and after, are lawless criminal organizations THEMSELVES,alphabet agencies which will stop at nothing, absolutely nothing .

They themselves, trade in drugs, weapons and people, and are financed by domestic and international bankers. Agency operatives look down on people, consider everyone useless trash, and operate above and beyond LAW.
