Waco Jumps Circling Sharks

It has been all very good so far for the city of Waco in McLennan County Texas. The city, county and the whole, damn Klavern for that matter have been fighting lawyers like Clint Broden and Paul Looney to a standstill for two years.

Now a very media savvy law firm named Brent Coon & Associates has joined the case. They have filed a suit seeking $1Billion – that is Billion with a Beg Bee – in punitive or exemplary damages and compensation for the intentional, unconstitu -tional, negligent and grossly negligent conduct of the defendants, “What happened in Waco should never happen again,” the lawyers vow.  “and what these defendants did should never happen again. The motorcycle riding community, which is many millions in number, will be watching the outcome of these proceedings with an extreme amount of attention.”

The suit categorizes the Twin Peaks bloodbath as “the worst police operation initiated by law enforcement in the history of Texas, including the fiasco of the Branch Davidian storming that killed dozens of innocent women and children outside of Waco over 20 years ago (which resulted in far more civilian casualties than the recent gas attacks by Assad of Syria).”

Here Come Da Sharks

This ravenous school of hungry lawyers is litigating on behalf of four members of the Grim Guardians Motorcycle Club named Jim Albert Harris, Bonar Crump Jr., Juan Carlos Garcia and Drew King. And they are all, anybody who knows anything about this case knows, just impeccable people.

Now it is their turn. And they want their Billion dollars. And they want it to come out of the pockets of Detective Manuel Chavez, Sergeant W. Patrick Swanton, former Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman, McLennan County Justice of the Peace Pete Peterson, McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna, the city of Waco, McLennan County, and the corporation that owns all the Twin Peaks restaurants.

Let’s face it. It is now inevitable that sooner or later Waco is going to squeal like a pig. And not a gentle squealing like it might have been before, but rough. Rougher now. Personally, I can’t wait to see Pete Peterson and Patrick Swanton squealing like a pigs.

Destroyed Lives

The Grim Guardians complain that they “had their lives destroyed by Waco law enforcement that day, in what will be shown to be one of the biggest blunders and cover-ups by any law enforcement agency in the country. A cover-up that spread through the ranks of local law enforcement, the district attorney’s office and even elements of the judiciary. A kangaroo court system protective of ‘their own’ and xenophobic to all others.”

There has been this real life Sons of Anarchy bullshit that has been getting rammed down everybody’s throat for the last two years by CNN, The Washington Post and the Houston Chronicle. And now, finally there is this new version of events.

It is not looking good for Waco. There is this. Then there is that whole Baylor rape scandal thing. “Do you like white women?”Three thousand years from now people will think it was Sodom, Gomorra and Waco.

The suit alleges that “the Waco Police Department set up a parimeter of snipers and sniper rifles – ahead of the meeting – in order to shoot and kill the attendees to the meeting with the slightest provocation…they could have easily prevented the shooting, but instead chose to lay in wait, utilize any potential outbreak of violence as an excuse to unload on everyone there, arrest everyone who survived, and charge each and every one of them with conspiracies to engage in organized crime to commit murder and engage in drug running, prostitution and other vices without ANY evidence.”

Whether Waco likes it or not.

Oh yeah. A hard rain is gonna fall.

How about a link to the filing documents? Or at least the jurisdiction where the suit was filed?

  2. TinCan Says:

Thanks for the top line report Rebel… always good to read your latest. Waiting till Swanton and Waco pay out their ass, lose jobs, and all the restof the nice things coming their way.

” …Several Waco policemen and Texas Department of Public Safety troopers, who had learned that a potential confrontation was brewing, also arrived, and positioned themselves in a grassy area overlooking the restaurant.

    Close to high noon…”

Oh yes. The grassy knoll. Just like in Dallas. That other conspiracy.

“…Occasionally, a friend or family member of one of the bikers who died shows up and leaves behind a makeshift memorial: a bouquet of flowers, a card with a photograph, a wooden cross, chains or other trinkets. The memorials are regularly carted away by police officers or security guards from the nearby shopping center (apparently they are under orders to keep the building from being turned into a sort of sacred biker shrine). But the mourners always return, shaking their heads and wiping tears from their eyes….”

Ummmm….. if this seems questionable – you are not a human. Read this article and comprehend the fact that Peace Officers have become an extinct species. Think about your children, your brothers and sisters and the way you choose to live your life. The only question is WHEN. Not IF. When American People come together to discuss and solve common problems, and Law Enforcement sees that as a threat…. Then we have bigger problems than we thought, and the time has come to RISE UP.

  4. Wretched Man Says:

    GREAT NEWS!
Its about time that this massacre gets some truth released to the civilian population (sheeple)
I got a brother from Texas who just had a stroke, so to hear good news like this helps plenty!

Thanks Aging Rebel for your relentless determination, you undoubtedly had a decisive role in seeing the truth come to light.

    Ride safe

Rain? The rain will turn into a storm. Then a hurricane. Then Waco is going to need an ark. And it’s about time.

  6. Roswell Says:

I am hopeful but not optimistic that these people will see the government held accountable for all the criminal acts that have been committed against the innocent bikers. The system is now so corrupt that I’m not sure justice exists here anymore.

  7. NCRider Says:

candy chand – Your statement about Mr. Harris carries a lot of weight. In my opinion, the majority of the public that are even aware of the Waco tragedy believe these people are just low life motorcycle criminals that were surely breaking the law and deserved what they got. That’s why Waco can continuously lie and take away these people’s constitutional rights. Just not important to most people because the bikers are not important.

    Respectfully,

    Cathy

  8. Desdicado Says:

The more the merrier!!!! They need to sue Waco and all involved back to the Stone Age. Right on!!

  9. Gandalf Says:

“Reyna/Swanton/DPS/the whole fucking blue gang needs brought up on charges, convicted, and imprisoned with the city paying restitution to the innocents.
Fuck all you Waco pieces of shit for your part in perverting the justice system to suit your own agendas.” (Mercyful Fate)

  10. DirtySteve Says:

I hope it all comes out of those assholes pockets. Appraisal value of my house went up $11000 this year. They trying to raise tax money to pay the innocent bikers?

  11. TX_Biker Says:

I hope I live long enough to hear the squealing….

  12. rw Says:

I think in the next few days there are going to be more of these cases filed than already have been.

  13. FF Says:

    Thanks for good news, Rebel!

    FUCK WACO

Yea for the Good Guys. We gonna have a regulation Texas Pig roast in Waco soon. I can already envision the pigs with a spit up their ass slowly turning over the hot coals… Clint Broaden with an apron and barbecue brush. A bunch of Hungry Bandits drinking beer and waiting to be served. And the smell…. the smell :) The kind of smell that makes you smile. Like a barbecue cook off at a Texas carnival.
@ Rider 1, Rebel is now that much closer to that big pay day. ;)

Gandalf, your thought would be one hell of a “Political Cartoon” to see on the front page of a Newspaper some day!

I’m in full support of Rebel and everyone involved. As a Veteran, Biker, & Proud American I can only say that I’m hopeful that the transgressions against the constitutional rights of the innocent will soon be rectified and that this situation will serve not as a “blueprint” for Law Enforcement to follow “next time”, but rather a deterrent to “never do that shit again”!

I’ve been following you for years Rebel, keep up the great work as always.

  15. Phuquehed Says:

Here it comes Waco, you air-wasting fucks. No vaseline for you Reyna and clown Co. It’d also be icing on the cake to see most of the fucks in the case not just get burned monetarily, but serve some time. Reyna and the pigs and that stinking pile of shit judge will have to serve their time in PC because they’d be too juicy targets to let anywhere near genpop…unfortunately!

  16. Mercyful Fate Says:

Reyna/Swanton/DPS/the whole fucking blue gang needs brought up on charges, convicted, and imprisoned with the city paying restitution to the innocents.

Fuck all you Waco pieces of shit for your part in perverting the justice system to suit your own agendas.

Next up, the bigger criminals with badges: FBI, ATF, DEA henchmen. It’s time to really drain the fucking swamp.

  17. Jennifer Iraliano Says:

At the end of every day all we have is our word we can pray for change but in the end the truth needs to come out changes need to come about and we must go on stronger than before and lead by example for our children. This is the biggest travesty in the state of Texas, it hurt millions of people worldwide

  18. rocco151 Says:

Thanks to A/R for helping to keep this story in the public’s mind and thanks to Paladin, Ironrider,Sieg,Shovelhead,Gandalf and the “regulars” of this site for sharing their wisdom with those of us new to the life !

  19. Steel Says:

This will take forever to litigate since Reyna and crew will do all they can to extend it so they can escape. Best scenario would have to be pressuring the guy that is set up by Reyna to be the fall guy into spilling the truth and providing the evidence once he realizes Reyna set him up. No doubt either Reyna would set someone up to take the fall to cover his own ass. Let’s hope that the truth is about to come out. Great reporting on this Rebel and keeping this story alive.

    Respects

    Steel

  20. Bbally Says:

Looks like the numbers are starting to get real. See how long before the Ol’ Boys Club falls apart now!

Sue em tell they own the county!

    Thanks Rebel!

  21. RLG Says:

Too bad it will take 8 years to litigate, but Waco will pay in the end.

  22. Shyster Says:

We all called it. Abelino, Swanton, and all will pay. Fucken dicks.

    Shyster

  23. Paladin Says:

I love the smell of judicial Napalm in the morning (or anytime for that matter), it smells like victory.

  24. fozz Says:

i dont live in the USA and looking in from outside ive been trying to come to grips with how imigrants have the courts upholding there rights; whilst americans( bikers) have theres trampled in the dirt by the same judicial system,
kinda think the statue of liberty haveing the blindfold ever her eyes is ironic; justic is blind ,and not for the reason people have been touting for centurys

So pleased to see this suit filed.

Patrick Jim Harris (and I’m sure his three club brothers who are also part of this suit) is an amazing young man. He’s a straight “A” college student, a humanitarian, and social worker–whose roadname just happens to be “Saint.”

Lives and reputations have been ruined by the insanity in Waco. Perhaps, Justice will finally be served.

Best wishes, Saint! You’ve got this!
