Waco Defendant Ticketed

Aaron Baker Carpenter, who was the founding president of the Coryell County chapter of the Cossacks Motorcycle Club was arrested last Thursday for evading arrest on a motorcycle.

Carpenter also had a gun and a pretty woman named Ashley Annette Danlyn Beeson on his bike. Police took her into custody because a warrant had previously been issued for her arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Police attempted to stop Carpenter and another, unnamed motorcyclist in Gatesville, Texas about 3:30 p.m. The other motorcyclist stopped. Carpenter misunderstood the policeman’s gestures to mean that he should proceed. And, for the next 50 miles he so luxuriated in the spring wind in his face and the growl of his motorcycle and the dark-haired woman at his back that he failed to notice that he was being followed.

He finally stopped after his motorcycle had a mechanical malfunction.

Carpenter’s arrest for a relatively minor crime became newsworthy over the weekend because he is a “Waco defendant” or a “Waco biker” or a “Twin Peaks suspect.” He was one of 177 witnesses arrested in May 2015 after the Waco Twin Peaks biker brawl. He is one of 154 men who have been indicted by an embarrassingly gullible grand jury for the crime of engaging in organized criminal activity.

He does not yet have a trial date and the chance to prove his innocence of the charge he picked up in Waco two years ago. But for the rest of his life, as now, he will have to wear the label of  “Waco defendant” or “Waco biker” or “Twin Peaks suspect” the way lonely women were once condemned to wear a Scarlet Letter “A.” Whenever he dies, tomorrow or 70 years from tomorrow, the headline of his obituary will include the phrase “Waco defendant” or “Waco biker” or “Twin Peaks suspect.”

That’s why he is news.

Out of all of these replies the only whining I see here is you ed.
Besides the copsacs ain’t a 1% club anyway.
Whine head ed. There’s a new handle for ya. Has a nice smooth flow to it.

Everyone wants to be a 1%er until it is time to do 1%er shit. He broke the law, he claims to be a badass 1%er, so, he should deal with it like a man. When the fuck did 1%er’s become such whiny motherfuckers.

If you are riding with someone and a cop trys to stop you, only one pulls over. My experience is that if they want both of you to pull over they will continue to follow the one that doesn’t pull over. Once both are stopped they usually direct one at a time to move up in front of the police vehicle so they have you on camera. If one guy has warrants or something illegal, they will usually try to find a reason to cite or arrest both. A small amount of personal use shit can be blown into a big conspiracy. Nothing wrong with going to the next gas station and waiting for your Bro.

SOP when 2 or more riding together and LE attempts a stop 1 stops everyone else moves on. 1 cop 1 stop

@curbside – He knows his friend better than you or I. He knows he knows how to get home…even after getting a ticket. You’re reading too much into it I believe.

  7. Iron Rider Says:

Usually if someone I am ridint with gets stopped I stop as well just to be there in case something happens like someone is getting arrested and there ride needs to get back home or to witness what is taking place.

Did he mistake that he thought the cop was pulling over his friend instead of him, I could see that. The fact that he was already on the radar for the cops means they might use any excuses they can to stop you.

If you have a patch on your back, your a target to be stop , hell if you dont have a patch your a target to be stopped but even more so if your connected to an MC.for myself and brothers we always try to keep six and know our surroundings, we know what departments make it a habit to yank us over any chance they see us. We know it is all part of their game, do I like it, nope but I sure the fuck am not going to give them anything to hang me or any of the brothers with.

All I can say is ride clean, keep your docs for reg and insurance up to date and dont give them anything to hang you for, cause the cops are just looking for any little thing to hand you with.

  8. Curbside Says:

@Phuquehead, I guess I must have just been confused as to why he wouldn’t have stopped at the next gas station and waited. Or, you know, check those rearview mirrors once in a while over the course of at least half an hour…

  9. Phuquehed Says:

@union proud and curbside – did you two miss the part “Carpenter misunderstood the policeman’s gestures to mean that he should proceed.”?

Fucking pigs. One has got to be a morally corrupt, brain-dead, pussy to want to be one, and it shows constantly across the nation.

  10. Curbside Says:

@Union Proud, I was thinking the same damned thing.

  11. NCRider Says:

Well I guess he’s lucky the police didn’t run into him twice and kill him like they do in South Carolina.

  12. Union proud Says:

His partner pulls over and he just casually continues riding for 50 miles, wtf
