Waco Sheriffs To Be Paid

The big Waco gravy train keeps on rolling.

So far, the immediate arrest of 177 motorcycle tourists and the eventual indictment of 16 more after the Twin Peaks bloodbath in May 2015 has been a boon for Waco bail bondsmen, tow truck drivers, police officers and lawyers. Now it’s time for the McLennan County Sheriff’s Deputies to get their piece of the local incarceration business.

County commissioners voted this week to pay deputies 150 percent of their normal pay so that they can protect Waco from ravaging hordes of bikers. Politicians suspect those hordes will try to take over Waco when and if any of the 154 men currently under indictment for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity or the 38 men and women who remain accused of the same vague crime reach trial.

The first trial may begin in April. Thursday, the Waco Tribune-Herald reported that Chief Deputy David Kilcrease thinks the trials will continue for at least 12 years and that they will all need extra security. On account of the biker hordes. Out there. Somewhere on the bone dry plains. Maybe just over the horizon.

Intelligence

Waco and McLennan County have been hiding behind the same smokescreen since about 70 members of the Cossacks Motorcycle Club ambushed about a dozen members of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club as they rode into the Twin Peaks restaurant parking lot to attend a Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents meeting on May 17, 2015

Hours after the shooting stopped Waco Police Department Public Affairs Officer W. Patrick Swanton said: “Because of the intelligence that we’ve been receiving over the past several months, we know they were going to be here today. We knew there was a very real possibility that there was gonna be issues. That’s why we had a significant number of officers that were here not only from Waco PD but DPS as well and they immediately moved in once the, uh, fighting started and unfortunately it was one of that…that…we were gonna be here today. They were gonna be here. That’s why we had the heavy presence of law enforcement on scene and thankfully we had “

At 10:13 that night Swanton warned of  “credible information about threats toward law enforcement. Our agency has recieved (sic) information that the Cosaks (sic) and Banditos (sic) have issued an order to kill anyone in uniform.”

Common Sense

When he asked the politicians for more money the other night, Kilcrease didn’t mention any intelligence that would lead him to think the trials of the Twin Peaks defendants would require more guards than the trial of an average Baylor football player. He, the County Commissioners and the Tribune-Herald all seemed to assume it was just common sense to believe that people who ride motorcycles pose a special danger to the judicial process.

“We’re going to have, not just two competing motorcycle groups who both have violent tendencies, but they’ve also got a lot affiliated groups,” Kilcrease told the Commission. “There’s a huge number of people who may or may not be prone to violence or acting out in a way that’s inappropriate.”

“Anytime you have something high-profile where the news media is going to be there, that’s the time for people to act out. It’s going to be on a world stage. We have to make sure that we are watching everything.”

A local judge named Scott Felton agreed. He told local reporter Cassie L. Smith, “We have already stepped up security, not just for Twin Peaks, but for a couple other things too,” Felton said. “We just can’t take any chances. This is a time where, we always want to be good stewards of taxpayers’ money, but this might be a time when we don’t want to be too tight that we don’t provide enough security for the folks.”

If Waconians refuse to keep their Baconians in line they deserve to get soaked for every fucking dime they lose.

Waco elected its police state which means Waco approves their totalitarian empire building at taxpayer expense.

Change “Law Enforcement” to the entire fucking government. Military procurement works the same way which is why reform and helping those at the tip of the spear takes second place to procurement bloat. The seamless government cash grab culture is a monstrous drain on American society using manufactured fear to bilk the gullible.

Meanwhile freer, safer societies get by without a prison-industrial complex or absurdly large incarceration rates, and don’t rape taxpayers to maintain global military power projection to protect Jihadist Wahabi sand niggers from other Jihadist sand niggers while destabilizing their countries and spewing rapefugees into the West.

Proof that not one motherfucker working in any capacity of the law/justice system in Waco has a brain, balls/backbone, ethics, honor, or integrity.

A giasnt plastic bag needs to be put over and around Waco until the place has stopped moving, then remove the bag and let the sun dry up the stench of the useless fucks clogging the streets…or get a few big-ass steam rollers in to use the bodies as crack-filler in the roads, then those shit-stains would actually be good for something.

  5. TX_Biker Says:

Not a single person indicted has copped a plea. It is going to cost Waco Big time. We here in Texas are going to watch Waco and the county swirl around the bowl till they financially get flushed.

I read somewhere, can’t remember where, that Waco may become like Henderson,TX. Supposedly something happened there in the ’70s or ’80s? Anyone know anything about that?

  7. Iron Rider Says:

Man you can smell the bullshit all over this. Waco needs to pay out all that extra money to keep the MC’s at bay? Really? Give me a fucking break. This is nothing more than everyone on the Law Enforcement side seeing the dollar signs and bellying up to the trough to get some.

Everyone knows how Law Enforcemnt etc are all on a budget, every fucking year every entity from the courts on down to the Police, to the jails have to forecast a budget and then have that approved….period. Now is there some fudge in there for overtime built in of course, is there this much gravy to afford all these extra costs? No fucking way.

Here though we are seeing everyone from the courts, police, and the jailers all lining up to get that extra overtime cash they would usually get a sniff of due to budget constraints, but the scary bikers and MC’s….ooh that crisis ~wink wink~ demands these extra funds be spent NOW, no not later…NOW.

And friends here we have The lives lost at Twin Peaks that day as the perfect excuse to show the taxpayers why there is an “urgent” need to allocate these funds due to the threat from the MC’s. You all read the quotes from the powers that be that this is all justified to protect everyone from those bad bikers, that are just waiting for the opportunity to strike…Yes 650 days and counting for the bikers to make their move and wreak havoc upon Waco.

So now Law Enforcement is manufacturing their next crisis to justify the cash for all this overtime and expenses because any other time they wouldnt be able to do it.

Remember Swanton telling the media after nine people were killed and scores of innocent people arrested, that hordes and hordes of bikers armed to the teeth were on their way to Waco to extract revenge for what happened at Twin Peaks and everyone was at risk and danger was imminent….and nothing…no hordes of bikers coming for revenge, no bikers armed to the teeth, no revenge was had, but that is the story Law Enforcement put forward to keep the people at bay along with the media, but not a nary a biker let alone a horde was seen venturing their way to Waco that day.

Once again the narrative being put out to the media and public is that this money is to protect everyone from the hordes of bikers once again on their way to Waco out for revenge …650 days later (someone want to pull up Google maps and find out what roads the horde took to get to Waco, cause 650 days they could have went around the world at least once by now…c’mon help the cops out since they have been in wait all this time for this armed horde of bikers)-

So much like before Twin Peaks were Law Enforcement and their agents were running around to anyone on with a club shirt or a motorcycle ( good thing the shriners club wasnt around ) fanning the flames that this MC’s guys or club are after you and they are going to hurt you and strike you and those around you down and all the other bullshit to try to incite a war and then reciting similar bullshit to cover up what occurred at Twin Peaks and now once again we have Law Enforcement out to fan the flames and feed the media the scary story that hordes of armed bikers are out to extract revenge on Waco and anyone in Law Enforcement and it’s coming… soon… real soon just watch… but all we need is a shitload of money and we can stop it in it’s tracks.

It never ceases to amaze me how much spin Law Enforcement and those connected to it will justify manufacturing a crisis to justify a pure cash grab under the guise of danger to the citizenry to fleece the taxpayer because they know full fucking well if they tried to ask for this mountain of cash in a normal budget they’d be laughed out of the room and the citizens and media would be up in fucking arms about how it is a waste of taxpayers money.

Well surprise suckers, the real criminals are back to hold up the citizens for all they can get. The taxpayers are being fleeced for money that is going to just line the pockets of those who will benefit from it. the citizens of Waco, McLennan County and the state of Texas better hang on to their wallets because everyone from Law Enforcement is going to keep picking you pockets for a long time to come.

Think about all the money that i and has been spent so far on this joke of a prosecution and imagine this going on for another century, and then lets not forget all the lawsuit settlements that are going to come from wrongful death, malicious prosecution, civil, criminal and constitutional rights violation lawsuits that are sure to be launched. The taxpayer will be paying for this long after we are gone and into our children’s old age.

Law Reinforcements spin and the politicians all lining up to belly up to the taxpayer trough just goes to show how the justification of spending your hard earned tax dollars by manufacturing a crisis and then getting the media to spin it for them to justify a cash grab and most media swallowing it instead of questioning it as Rebel has just goes to show how a once sided story with no investigation into the facts is how Law Enforcement friendly media is used to brainwash the people. The media hyping this just shows how scaring the shit out of people is better for the ratings then giving the people the facts and letting them find out what the truth really is.

If you thought things weren’t fucked up enough on the Law Enforcement side of the equation from Twin Peaks, well it’s plain to see we havent seen anything yet and the plundering of those charged is going to continue as well as the plundering the citizens are about to see all in the name of keeping you safe from the dangerous hordes of bikers on there way to Waco for revenge..

“Paladin, that is a real possibity. However, I am optimistic that it will not happen. Locally, the heat must be turned up.”

One can not turn the heat up on an appliance that’s unplugged. Looking at the totality of all that’s transpired, it’s obvious to me that the accused have been on the tracks since day one. I see no end to their continued railroading by the Texas judicial system.

It seems that those groups (ACLU etc.) that are in a position to oppose the misdeeds occurring in Waco have chosen for the most part to remain silent. I think the foregoing begs the question as to why?

  9. Gandalf Says:

Bottom Line: If another Guy wins an Appeal based on a ruling denying a Change of Venue… And you never filed one… Your screwed. If, 5 years from now, 1 Person wins the Appeal it would essentially be retroactive and you will get a new trial. RULE #1 PRESERVE ALL APPEALS! Always.

  10. Gandalf Says:

If I had a public defender I would send Him a Letter, Certified, RR. Requesting a Change of Venue Motion (and appeal in needed). The Letter would say that “I intend to file a ethics complaint if you do not file a Change of Venue Motion and He could be held responsible in any Malpractice suit in the future.” Paid Lawyers will want more $ but PDs gotta do it… Make Waco Pay.

  11. Gandalf Says:

Correction: What kind of Lawyer DOES NOT file Change of Venue Motion… Sorry

  12. Gandalf Says:

I have no clue why the Lawyers are filing for Change of Venue. What kind of idiot Lawyer doesn’t preserve that appeal. Win or Lose… WTF?

The court affidavit is all hearsay there is no real evidence of what is listed. There is proof that they didn’t go there with intent to cause Assult. Also make note of the spelling of the 10:13pm spelling of their name’s, yes proof that if they were investigating these people for months then you would know how to spell their name’s correctly. As that of that order issued it is a ADMISSION OF GUILT.

  15. Tom Barker Says:

In my humble opinion, Waco iis a great opportunity for the “motorcyclists” community to take a united stand against Motorcyclists Profiling.” The AMA and the Confederation of Clubs could publicly condemn the “mass arrests” and use of “general warrants.” Funding coulb be attained thru Go Fund accounts, etc. Someone should make an effort to enlis the ACLU. Just some suggestions.

  16. Tom Barker Says:

Paladin, that is a real possibity. However, I am optimistic that it will not happen. Locally, the heat must be turned up.

  17. Paladin Says:

I fear because these trials will be held in Waco’s kangaroo court, there is every chance that the jury pool will be so brainwashed or coerced by the local government that a verdict of guilty will be rubber stamped on all, just as the Grand Jury’s indictments were.

  18. Tom Barker Says:

The authorities in Waco and Mclennan County are living in a fantasy world. The County commissioners may agree to allocate money now, but they will soon cut of that money when the first not guilty verdict or civl judgement is rendered. When they find out that the county citizens and the Great State of Texas is not willing to pay for their vendeta and cover up of the massive civl rights violations committed their House of Cards comes tumbling down. Believe me, their is going to be political repercussions for rash actions.

The local authorities are living in a fantasy world. The county commissioners may allocate money now, but when the trail expenses–civil and criminal–start piling up they will soon learn that the citizens of McLennan county and the Great State of Texas will soon grow tired of their folly. When the first not guilty verdict comes or the first civil judgement is successful, their House of Cards comes tumbling down. Believe me, their is going to be political repercussions for their overreactions and civil rights violations.
