Cue The Clowns

The Iron Order Motorcycle Club, the “law abiding motorcycle club” that has been involved in at least one murder, two shootouts and multiple, high profile brawls in the last year, finally found a drum to bang in the big Waco massacre jamboree.

John C. “Shark” Whitfield, who wears many hats – as a partner at a Madisonville, Kentucky law firm called Whitfield Bryson & Mason, LLP; as sometime City Attorney for Nortonville, Kentucky; “as Director of the Division of Legal Affairs” for the Iron Order; as current “spokesman” for the Iron order; and as a frequent police consultant – popped off about the recent events in Waco Wednesday in a free, weekly, alternative magazine called San Antonio Current.

Shark explains It All

Mark Reagan of Current editorializes that “after the Waco brawl, lawful motorcycle club members were left shaking their heads at the senseless violence while they’re left to deal with misconceptions about their brethren.”

Whitfield agrees. “I’ve talked to quite a few guys about it in our club,” Shark confides. “All this needless horrific violence, it’s because two clubs can’t get along. Secondly, it made me sick because the general public doesn’t know the difference between a lawful and an unlawful club.”

Current informs its readers, that a “sense of service runs true in the Iron Order, which boasts 280 chapters in 46 states and Washington D.C. That club is mostly made up of police officers, but also includes working professionals. Whitfield, who is a trial lawyer, doesn’t care much for outlaw riders such as those involved in the deadly Waco fiasco.”

Bad Guys

Whitfield agrees that what happened outside the Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17 was not a massacre or tragedy but rather a brawl and fiasco. Whitfield also thinks the dead, wounded and imprisoned got what they deserved.

“They are bad guys. They are drug runners and criminals who don’t mind killing,” Whitfield told Reagan. “They don’t have much care for life.”

Whitfield explains the Iron Order, “mostly made up of police officers,” is very different. “There’s a huge contingent of guys who want to be involved in a club, but don’t want to be involved with lawlessness,” Shark said. “We just like to ride.”

  7. The Kraut Says:

A coloring book of the Urine Odor might be a fun thing.

The pissgums would eat the crayons and not be able to enjoy the book.

Fucking window licking monkeyhead with tumors patch wearing cunts.

A club wide shared case of extreme diarrhea would be a nice start to the shit I’d like to see the Piss smelling shits endure…along with a club wide case of erectile disfunction…dead-dicks for all with a badge and a monkeyhead/tumor patch.

As a trial lawyer myself, I am horrified by the rush to judgement to blame all the deaths and injuries on the “outlaw bikers.” It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t seen any evidence to support that allegation. I certainly haven’t seen any evidence which supports the allegation that EVERY SINGLE BIKER in Twin Peaks at the time of the shooting was involved in a criminal conspiracy. Really? The one video from inside the bar that was shown to the media reportedly shows bikers hiding the bathroom to AVOID th e shooting in the parking lot and other bikers trying to direct other patrons to safety. Where is the evidence to suggest that 170+ bikers were each individually involved in a criminal conspiracy?

The Texas COCI website listed listed the Twin Peaks meeting on its online calendar. In 30 years in the criminal courts, I have never seen gang members advertise their meetings of a criminal enterprise in such a public forum.

  11. Says:

Hoosier, that is one hell of a good point about gangs not advertising meetings in public! Only political organizations and clubs do that.

  12. Hoosier roadie Says:

The author of the San Antonio Current article missed a real opportunity to do something meaningful. Instead of quoting a Kentucky lawyer who apparently knows nothing about the events in Waco, he should have asked the hard questions about former San Antonio police detective Martin Lewis. The author reports that Lewis was arrested and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, but then notes that the charges against Lewis ARE UNCLEAR. A retired police detective is arrested and held on a million dollar bond, but after two weeks, the charges against him ARE STILL UNCLEAR??? Maybe the journalist should have asked the Waco PD or the Prosecuting Attorney exactly what Lewis is accused of doing. In the absence of credible evidence of specific acts of criminal conduct, the prosecutor has an ethical duty not to prosecute Lewis or any of the other defendants currently sitting in jail on a million dollar bond.

Rule 3.8 of the American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct, which as been adopted by Texas, provides that a prosecutor should refrain from pursuing criminal charges that he knows are not supported by probable cause.

  13. evan rude Says:

Funny how an anti-Muslim run, and cartoon contest kicked this story right out of the news cycle, isn’t it? Regarding the poLICE massacre of bikers in Waco Tx. First: The poLICE reported that they found “Over a Thousand Weapons” at the scene. That has since been revised to “Hundreds of Weapons”. Swiss Army Knives were among some of the “Weapons” found. At the latest count, it was 320 weapons, to include pocket knives, that most people carry. Second: This was taken from a CNN REPORT dated 5/23/15: “The bulletin warns of plots targeting high-ranking law enforcement officials and their families with car bombs. The bulletin is based on unsubstantiated information from an informant who claimed to have obtained it from Bandidos and Black Widows motorcycle gang members.” Third:The Black Widows MC doesn’t exist, except for in Clint Eastwood movies. Fourth: Also taken from the same CNN post: “Members of the Bandidos biker gang who are in the military “are supplying the gang with grenades and C4 explosives,” according to a bulletin issued Thursday by the Texas Department of Public Safety and reviewed by CNN.” This is an outright lie! One would think, the Military leaves C-4, and hand grenades just lying around for anyone to acquire. I can assure you, as a former member of “The Special Weapons Team” in the Army, that’s not the case. Fifth: Officer W. Patrick Swanton spoke for over 20 min, shortly after the massacre, completely controlling the narrative. He seemed to have an inordinate amount of information to share, in such a short period of time. Almost as if it were a well rehearsed script. Sixth: To my knowledge, no employees or other witnesses have been interviewed by the press. Most of the witnesses are in jail, on a $1,000,000 bond. Yeah, I call BULLSHIT! Something isn’t right and, someone is lying. Be sure to look for “Black Widows” under your bed tonight! Bwahahahaha

  14. Centurion Says:

can you really join the iron order using a Groupon?

  15. paul bart Says:

    There day will come..

  16. 7of9 Says:

At least where I am, the Iron Order never tries to bother getting along with other clubs. They do whatever they please without any regard for anyone else.

The whole point of the CoC meeting that the bikers in Waco were attending was to do just that, come together peacefully as a community to work together to keep that community strong and peaceful, which the Iron Order never participates in.

  17. Lunchbox Says:

This guy is completely off base. Not everyone there was a “BAD GUY.” And even if they were all members of a 1% club who does he think he is to run his mouth like that. No wonder IOMC get such a bad rap. They seem to be a bunch of pot stirring clowns that like to cause trouble and then pull the cop card. I know a couple of these guys and have hung out with them and they were not like that when I was around them. But I wont be hanging out with them any more.

  18. Randy in Pensacola Says:

‘7of9′ said: “At least where I am, the Iron Order never tries to bother getting along with other clubs. They do whatever they please without any regard for anyone else.”

Who do they think they are? Just do whatever they please, huh? Don’t wanna follow “the rules” do they? Screw ’em. Must be a bunch of damn outlaws!

(that’s tounge-in-cheek, btw. No, I am not a member of the IO nor any other club – nor would I be. Nor do I have any particular sympathies toward or particular prejudices against them. There’s supposed to be a chapter in my area, but …. I’ve never seen any of ’em around.)

  19. 7of9 Says:

    Randy in Pensacola:
To call the IO Outlaws would be to give them far more respect than they deserve. They haven’t earned it or anything else.

  20. Tommy Says:

7of9 is right. They arent outlaws they are cops that like to play off duty dress up. They go around trying to ruffle feathers as much as they can.

One of these days they are going to mess with the wrong bird……

  21. Tooj Says:

I LOVE it! Lawful versus Unlawful. Like this tool Whitfield would know the difference. It’s just buzzwords and talking points with these clowns.

  22. popeye Says:

If anything can be learned from the waco massacre its that there are 2 sides . Cops are are 1 and we are on the other. You can’t live in both worlds. Urine odor likes to think they can play dress up and commit atrocities like waco and somehow feel they have earned respect???
    To those who earned it

  23. Wolfenlover Says:

popeye, Urine Odor-RESPECT? Have NONE-Gettin’-NONE. These fuckers evidently know
better than to try to come to Kansas. LMFAO Hell, we still got INDIANS here!
And they still take scalps!!! Just go to one of the casinos! hehe
Just like LITTLE sawdusky claimed he would do, about putting a “Rebies” CH in
KC with my name on it. Gawd, I love my state!

RESPECTS Rebel & to the regulars

  24. Carp Says:

FTP. The Iron Order can eat a bag of dicks. THEY DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE A MC. Got what they deserved? Sounds like a pig, smells like a pig, fuckin pig. I laugh every time I see them show up someplace just to be run off. Stay home. Stay away from real clubs you fuckin pussies. Looking forward to the next time I meet one of the Iron Order.

  25. roachclip Says:

Day of the rope. I like the sound of that.

  26. Phuquehed Says:

Aaaand again, this time the DoD. Looks like the fucktard, whathisname, the sgt-at-arms(?) of the urine odor, is getting pissed and (ab)using his powers wrongly…that or someone in the DoD just likes the shit on my site…or -gasp!- I’m on some ‘list’ (oh noes!!)

  27. 11c_infantry Says:

Has anyone considered the following pic from the aftermath of the shootout?
The lower left hand corner seems to show a Cossack’s body beside an overturned Roadglide. Looks to me like this man was shot while attempting to ride away. My question is, if he was shot by police, how the hell was it justified? I mean, how would he have been shooting at cops while he was working the clutch and throttle in a parking lot? I’m sure the cops will come up with some BS to try to justify this, but as the old saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.

L&R to those who earned it,

  28. Dude Says:

Hahahhaha, I love when supposed “1% Hard as Fuvk Outlaws” complain about a club not following the rules! You’re fucking outlaws , remember, you don’t follow the rules! You piss and moan on a message board instead of kicking someone’s ass. Man up or shut the fuck up.

  29. FF Says:

If you’re looking for Randy, he’s in the shower at the YMCA.

  30. Sieg Says:

    You are SO right!!!

These hard as fuck outlaw-bikers should man up or shut up! Drop the badges and the creds, and knuckle it up! And the way they piss and moan on message boards about how they get picked on just because they call the pigs instead of fighting, man, talk about bitches!

  31. AVAGOVFFV Says:

Sieg, Got your post on your contact info, will do.

Be well Sir and ignore the Dick dude, he’s obviously special.

    Viva Los Vagos

  32. Dude Says:

I wasn’t talking about cops Sieg. I was talking about the hate for the Iron Order. There is nothing sadder than watching a supposed 1%er complain about a club not following the supposed rules. Kinda like of the pot calling the kettle black, wouldn’t you say? I don’t know these guys (IO) but everyone seems to hate them, they love to talk shit about them but no one does any thing about it….. i quess I’m slightly perplexed by this observation.

  33. The Kraut Says:

The urine odor is not worth the free rent in any real bikers head that actively hating them would entail.

Despised and ridiculed is much more fitting…and easier to justify.

The urine odor is the real life equivalent of cosplay on 2 wheels at a group level.

Respects to those who warrant respect

Dude, the 1% world is full of rules, and men who follow them to the letter. It is society’s rules that are rejected out-of-hand.

Outlaws handle their own problems without involving the police. The IO are cops, and they start trouble and then use the cops as their line of defense.
Their entire organization is set up to provoke and instigate trouble with established clubs.

This very site you are perusing has a number of articles where Rebel has given the details of a number of IO instigated incidents, including murder. Inform yourself.

Dogbreath, I understand said facts but it’s hilarious to me that they have broken the 1% rules and the 1% clubs that break “society’s” rules are screaming about “laws” not being followed. It’s funny to me everytime.

Dogbreath, I’ve read Rebel’s articles and read other sources on these incidents and no offense to Rebel, but we both know the truth most generally resides somewhere inbetween the both sides
As far as them all being cops, I get the wild feeling that that rumor got started by a Gremlin living in the bottom of someone’s glass pipe. Hell, I’ve never even seen these guys and supposedly there are 3 chapters within 160 miles from my house. But judging by their website pics, I think they have alot of guys that are blue collar dudes.

Finally, I’m not a member of their club, I just find things to be “headscratchers” most days as far as people’s constant barrage of hate directed at this club.

  37. Shovelhead Says:

All the disrespect towards IO has been caused by IO. They’ve brought all this on themselves. There’s plenty of Clubs out there that have no problem co-existing with other Clubs including 1%ers. Anyone with even miniscule Knowledge of the Motorcycle World can see why the IO get no respect from any other Club. They were started by Cops, allow Cops as members and call the Cops at any sign of trouble with other Clubs. Funny thing is about these Cowards. They usually start the trouble! have you ever heard of any trouble between the Blue Knights and a 1%er Club? I never have.
IO try to dress and act like 1%ers but are clearly not. Everyday is Halloween to IO.
When you see little white teenagers walking around a Country Town dressed like an inner city gangster and giving gang signs, what pops into your head? respect?? Or would you just shake your head at these bunch of wannabee assholes trying to be something they’re not. Now if this same group kept starting fights with real gangsters then ran away and called the cops. How would the real gangsters feel about them?
1%er Clubs have no respect for IO because IO deserves no respect.
By the way, we may choose not to follow Societies rules but we have to follow Societies laws & so don’t the Police. get it now??
